Background

Hoppets Väg (The Way of Hope), is a non-denominational Christian organization with the main purpose to spread the Gospel of Grace through our Lord Jesus Christ and to enable Christians to grow in their faith. Our goal is to glorify our loving Father in Heaven through all our work.

Our Daily Bread Ministries - Our Daily Bread (Vårt Dagliga Bröd)

Spring 2009, we began to work with Our Daily Bread Ministries, to make the daily devotional booklet Our Daily Bread available in Swedish. We have a contract with ODB to translate this devotional to Swedish and have done so since 2009.

In Touch Ministries - Sermons with Dr. Charles Stanley

During autumn 2009, our outreach was expanded through a separate contract with In Touch Ministries (Atlanta, Georgia, USA), through whom we received approval to send Dr. Charles Stanley's (Pastor of First Baptist Church, Atlanta) sermons over local TV channels (Öppna Kanaler) here in Sweden. Jönköping was the first city to broadcast and shortly thereafter we begun to send in Göteborg, Stockholm and Malmö.

Christian Books - Translations

We have also translated English Christian books to Swedish. "Guds Profetiska Plan" (Gods Prophetic Blueprint), by Dr. Bob Shelton, was the first one. This book is about what is going to happen in the future as revealed by God in the prophesies that are written down in His Word. The second book we translated is written by Dr. Charles Stanley and has the title "30 Levnadsprinciper" (30 Life Principles). This book gives good advice about how to live a successful Christian life and how to grow closer to Christ.
